Let us say the verb is “go”. The second form is “went”. The third form is “gone”.
Simple past – I went to the park.
Simple present – I go to the park every Monday.
Simple future – I will go to the park tomorrow.
Past perfect – I had gone to the park.
Present perfect – He has gone to the park.
Future perfect – He will have gone to the park by now.
