The process of conjugation shows the forms of a verb as it appears in all tenses. Conjugation reveals tense (when), person (who), number (how many, singular or plural), and mood (showing the way the speaker regards the statement). The major tenses include present, past, future, present perfect, past perfect (pluperfect), and future perfect.
We conjugate verbs using the personal pronouns in the three persons (first, second, third) and in the singular (I, you, he-she-it) and the plural (we, you, they).
You'll find a complete conjugation of regular and irregular verbs in the section on Verbs in Parts of Speech on Grammar.com. Click here for the beginning of that discussion on regular verbs and here for irregular verbs.
